Entrepreneurship, Artistic Direction & Career Coaching for Artists

Elina Akselrud has been organizing, running, and managing her own artistic projects since 2014. She is the founder and artistic director of a multidisciplinary organization Intertwining Arts, which has premiered, performed, and presented cinematic versions of four full-scope multidisciplinary productions in France, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria. Each project consists of several professionals from various artistic media collaborating together in order to create and perform a unique multidisciplinary work. For various projects Intertwining Arts included team members from the United States, Australia, Ukraine, Germany, Russia, Poland, Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Romania, Italy, Slovenia, and the U.K. In each project Elina Akselrud is personally responsible for the project concept, piano performance, administration, fundraising, grant writing, management, logistics, seeking/securing collaborations, poster design, photography/visuals (partially), text writing (partially), and promo/marketing (partially).

In parallel Elina also organizes thematic chamber music projects, in which she collaborates with musicians from Switzerland, Germany, France, Slovenia, Austria, and the United States since 2018. In 2022 she has organized the festival of music and artistic research SONify! together with the festival team – among her responsibilities were grant writing, team coordination, graphic design, photography, and social media management.
